Requirements:
- Provide Resale certificate or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
- Provide a valid credit card including expiration date and security code.
- Provide a valid phone and email address.
- Provide a physical shipping address (no PO boxes).
- Orders must equal at least $500.00 retail ($250.00 wholesale).
- Must have a USA address or forwarder.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by box weight and measurement, plus $5.00 per box handling fee.
- After an initial order paid via credit card, clients may apply for Net 30 terms.
- Net 30 customers will have 30 days to pay from date of invoice.
