Where do orders ship from?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Shipping from our own facility allows us to provide reliable delivery and better customer service across the United States.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days before they ship. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Please note: we currently ship to the continental U.S. only, and are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
- Free U.S. shipping on retail orders of $75 or more
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping updates, so you always know where your package is.
Wholesale shipping
Wholesale orders for churches, ministries, bookstores, and retailers ship on the same reliable timeline from our Fort Worth warehouse. Qualified wholesale accounts may also take advantage of Net 30, Net 40, or Net 60 payment terms — visit our Wholesale page to learn more or apply.
